D1 Lake Garda
Arrive of the group at the end of the day in Lake Garda and check-in to your 3* hotel. Dinner and overnight.
D2 Verona and the Opera (90km)
Guided tour of Verona, setting of the star-crossed lovers’ tale of Romeo and Juliet, taking in the main square Piazza Bra, the amphitheatre, the beautiful Piazza delle Erbe square, and of course Juliet’s House. Lunch in a local restaurant then a free afternoon and dinner at your leisure before your first night at the Opera (programme of your choosing). Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
D3 Lake Garda and Verona/ the Opera (180km)
Take a boat ride on Lake Garda from Sirmione to Riva, and lunch here. Group trip along the lake shores to Sirmione where you’re free for shopping or perhaps to visit a local wine cellar and sample some of the region’s Bardolino wines. Continue back to Verona. Free time for dinner before your second evening at the Opera.
