* Istria, Rijeka, a Croatian carnival
Under the Croatian sun, discover the Morcici dressed all in black with turbans on their heads and the Zvoncari wrapped up in sheepskins and ringing bells to chase the evil spirits away! Bells, fifes and accordions accompany their traditional dances and songs. All the town dresses up and dances in the streets to see winter out.
