Arrive in Dôle, birth place of Louis Pasteur. Lunch. Head towards the Royal Saltworks in Arc-et-Senans. Guided tour of the former royal manufacturer dating from the 18th century and see this unique industrial architecture. Dinner. Accommodation in the Pontarlier area.
Depart for Switzerland and Neuchâtel, situated in the heart of the vineyards. Guided tour of the old town built in yellow stone. Lunch. For this 85th Fete des Vendanges, enjoy the festive atmosphere that reigns over the town : jazz bands, open air dance halls, stands and fairground rides. In the afternoon, sit down and enjoy the main procession and the Corso fleuri and see more than 45 beautifully decorated floats and their thousands of flowers. Dinner. Accommodation
Depart for Arbois, a picturesque village in the middle of the vineyards. Visit of the house where Louis Pastor grew up. Visit of a winery where you will sample some of the famous yellow wine. Fondue lunch.
