Arrive for breakfast near Metz. Visit the geographical museum of Muzeray and its 300 nativities from 5 continents. (On option, visit of a truffle factory and tasting). Pass through the decorated village of Champlon and see its Christmas lights. Dinner. Accommodation.
D2 Beer in St Nicolas and Christmas in Nancy (160 km)
Depart for Saint Nicolas de Port. Visit the French brewery museum followed by beer tasting. Lunch. Continue on to Nancy. Free time on the Christmas markets in the heart of the golden town with its magnificent squares and wrought iron art (On option, visit of a stained-glass window workshop). Dinner. Accommodation.
D3 Mirabelles in Lorraine and Christmas in Metz (70 km)
Visit a tradition distillery and taste its Mirabelle (plum) liqueur. Continue on to Metz and see the St Etienne Cathedral, a majestic gothic building in yellow stone. Free time on the Christmas markets scattered across 6 different squares. Lunch.
