Come with a group to discovery of the heart of the Jura Mountains, nature has run riot and our itinerary shows you to what extent, taking in caves and waterfalls, salt marshes and lakes, vineyards and dense forests. Not forgetting of course the pleasures of the table and the region's Morteau sausages, "vin jaune" or yellow wine, Compte cheese and absinthe.
Dates
Arrive at Pontarlier. Lunch followed by a visit with the group to a local distillery making aniseed flavoured alcoholic beverages. Then on to the castle at Joux with its five tiers of walls. Dinner and overnight.

It has a very particular flavour, often present in the local delicacies of the region.
