Visit of the monastery : impressive fortress with its three floors of colonnades in black and white stone. Continue on to Borovetz, the most beautiful mountain resort in Bulgar. Continue on to Thrace Plain and Plovdiv, built on 6 hills on the edge of the River Maritza. Dinner with a folklore entertainment and accommodation in Plovdiv.

Depart for Silistra. Arrive at the Dobrudja House and Lifestyle Museum in Alfatar with the ritual of the biscuit followed by a tasting of Apricot Brandy. Visit of Trinity Church and its collection of iconographies. Lunch on the edge of the Danube and a pleasant boat ride on the beautiful blue Danube. Stop in front of Medgidi Tabia Fortress. Return through Dobrich and its craft shops.. Dinner. Accommodation.
Visit of Varna : roman thermal baths, the Natural History Museum and Necropolis. Lunch. Depart for Romania. Visit on the way of the Madara Knight, a stone cut out of a sheer rock face at 23m. Passage to Choumen. Stop at the Tombul Djamia Mosque then on to Bucharest the Little Paris of the East. Dinner of local specialities at the restaurant. Accommodation in Bucharest.
Depart for Marasesti. Discover the Heroes Mausoleum. Lunch then a visit of the Bistrita Monastry. Continue on towards Piatra Neamt. Visit the town of Stephen the Great : the princely St-Jean the Baptist Church and the bell tower. Dinner. Accommodation in Piatra Neamt.
Route towards the Agapia Monastery dating from the 18th century. Lunch then on to Voronet and its monastery nicknamed the Blue Pearl, the main colour of its frescos.
