D1 Prague
Your discovery tour : arrive in Prague. Dinner. Board in Prague
D2 Prague (40 km)

Guided tour of the old town, huddled on the right bank of the Vltava : the medieval streets, the church of Our Lady Before Tyn, the astronomical clock, the famous Charles bridge… Lunch in Prague. Guided tour of Prague’s old Jewish quarter, whose synagogues have been transformed into museums. Visit the original 15th century cemetery. Lunch. Board.

Day 3 Prague, the Castle District (50 km)
Explore a different side to Prague on a guided tour of the castle district and Hradcany: visit the old palace, Prague’s crown jewel. Lunch. Free afternoon in which to uncover the city’s hidden treasures for yourself. Dinner. Board.
D4 Austerlitz and Slovakia (390 km)

Set off with your guide for a day in the Moravian capital of Brno and enjoy the city’s wonderful Baroque monuments. Continue on to Mount Zuran, site of the Battle of Austerlitz in 1805. Trip to the Old Post Office museum and stables. Lunch. Explore Svlakov, the castle where Napoleon signed the armistice in 1805 and the Peace Memorial. Continue on to Bratislava. Boat trip down the Danube for a sight-seeing tour of Slovakia’s Baroque capital. Unpack at the hotel. Dinner. Board in Bratislava.

D5 Hungary and the Danube Bend (270 km)
Set off for the magnificent Danube Bend. Meet your guide. Visit Esztergom and discover its neo-classical basilica. Continue on to Visegrad, where the kings of Hungary once resided. Lunch on the road. Journey to Szentendre to see its seven churches. Dinner. Board in Budapest.
D6 Budapest and Sopron (290 km)
Guided tour of Budapest : the castle district, the fisherman’s bastion and the Matthias church… Lunch. Set off for Austria. Stop in Sopron on the Austro-Hungarian border, and enjoy some free time to explore the old town for yourself. Dinner. Board in the Vienna area.
D7 Imperial Austria: Vienna and Schönbrunn (50 km)

A whole day devoted to a guided tour of Vienna, starting with the majestic Schönbrunn Castle. Lunch and the chance to take in some breathtaking views at the Danube Tower. Explore the Hofburg Palace from the outside, the opera house and the St Etienne cathedral. Return to the hotel for dinner and board.

D8 The Vienna Woods (20 km)

Guided day trip to the Vienna Woods, stopping off at the Mayerling hunting lodge. Trip to Heiligenkreuz Abbey. Lunch. Free afternoon in Vienna. Dinner. Board.
