D2 Avignon, the Pont du Gard and Nîmes (160 km)
Set off for Avignon. Explore the old town and the papal past of its Popes’ Palace on a guided tour. Free time for lunch. Continue towards Uzès. Guided tour of the UNESCO listed Pont du Gard, an ancient masterpiece that once channelled Uzès’ spring water to Nîmes. Dinner. Board in Nîmes.
