Lunch in Beaune. Discover the treasures of the region's wine capital aboard a little train - beautiful buildings, renowned wine cellars packed full of fine vintages, and vineyards whose names need no further introduction. Free time to wander at your leisure in the old town, encircled by old walls as a fine wine in its barrel! Dinner and overnight.
D2 Wine Growers’ Secrets (50 km)

Today you'll find out all there is to know about Burgundy's finest wines as you cruise the vineyards in company of your expert wine guide : names, classification, soil types, bio-dynamic trends. Tastings sessions will give you the opportunity to learn the art of wine tasting and to "tenir en bouche" to best savour the hidden flavours. Local style lunch at lunchtime. Dinner and overnight.

D3 Queen of the Berries (30 km)
Following the wine route, a chance to find out more about the humble blackcurrant! At the Fruit Farm let your taste buds be tickled by jams simmering in shiny copper saucepans and follow the production process of the famous "Crème de Cassis" liqueur. Lunch.
